• Installation, commissioning and servicing of Liquid Level filler (Federal Mfg.), Zalkin Capping machines (mainly specialized on Screw capping and ROPP capping) and PACE Bottle Unscramblers at customer locations for PET / HDPE and Glass bottle lines in Diary (Milk, Laban and Juice), Water and Oil industries (Vegetable and Engine Oil).
• Performing machine Diagnostic visits at customer site and recommending essential spares for refurbishing / modifications on the machine for having higher performance output from the machines.
• Conducting and coordinating technical meeting with existing customers in order to discuss the issues they are facing and also to recommend the upgrades we can propose on the existing machines.
• Performing Conversion, Change-over and Overhauling of filling machines, capping and Unscrambler machines.
• Preparing detailed Site-reports for the customer and the company on problems that were identified, actions taken to resolve the problem and steps recommended to fully satisfying the customer need.
• Preparing Snag list and Spare order by continuous monitoring of the machines in production and by arranging meeting with customers.
• Providing training to Customers’ operators and technicians on set-up, operation, change-over and maintenance of the machines.
• Coordinating with After Market Sales & Service and Engineering team at Zalkin capping and Federal Mfg. to process new enquiries for Conversion / Overhaul and to find solutions for issues and upgrades required on the existing machines.
• Already carried out several projects at several locations all over GCC.
• Travelling frequently to Europe and GCC countries.

Maintenance and Installation of Concession Equipment, Baking and other Modern kitchen equipment.
Inspection of equipment and material, Machine Erection, Testing & Commissioning and Maintenance all over GCC.
Travelling frequently to Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Lebanon.
Coordinating with our sales team and visiting the site for recommending the appropriate machines as per customer request and needs.
Preparing Auto Cad drawing for cinema concession.
Training the clients about the Technical part and User part of the machines.
Preparing cut sheets of the machines and the food supplies which we are dealing with and Technical Report & Quote for the spares after service

• Installation and commissioning of relocated machineries from our old Diary plant to the new Diary plant. Machineries include Fillers, Cappers, Seamers and Palletizers for Tin cans and PET bottles.
• Carried out Preventive, Breakdown and Shutdown maintenance of packaging machines related to Diary products and pasta lines.
• Working with the corporate standards group, managing projects, analyzing cost/benefits and making appropriations requests, generating bid packages, conducting competitive bid meetings, coordinating with purchasing, and supervising contractor operations.
• Have experience in machine control designing, installation and start-up of high production equipment.
• Point to point troubleshooting, Identifying, Analyzing, Problem Solving, developing innovative solutions, PLC Programming (Siemens and Zelio Logic), power distribution and control circuit designing using Auto Cad 2008 (2D) and CADDY software.
• Changing the control and Electrical circuit of the Old machines which is not running and making it run with good efficiency and Productivity.
• Installation of Solar powered LED streetlights and Solar Powered Lighting inside plant area based on Inverter Battery Assembly based on solar power without using AC supply.
