• Managing the Enterprise based GIS ( ArcGIS ) system as part of a comprehensive public safety application integration strategy
• Supervision of GIS integration with public safety applications which provides decision makers with spatial awareness of risks and exposures associated with an incident as well as the incident's scale and magnitude

Managed crew of 120 field surveyors and support technicians and all technical aspects of GIS/survey projects including regional and international projects - Topographic map preparation for master plan development and map analysis using GIS ( ESRI ArcGIS )
- Team leader for survey using latest technology known as 3D laser scanning technology
