Checking the correctness of Import / Export documents for customs clearance purposes, open a job
accordingly as per customers’ requirements.
Follow up vessel arrival from the shipping line and Dubai Ports / Follow up for Export
documents from shipper.
Co-ordinating for delivery order from shipping line /co-loaders
Import manifestation FCL container & CONSOL container
Arrange transportation of containers to the customer / Shipper warehouse.
Preparing the invoice to the customers
Process customs bill of entry through Dubai trade ensuring accuracy of information.
Ensure correct HS code is considered while preparing Import/ Export bill of entry.
Ensure client has UAE Ministry permission for hazardous / perishable / food stuff consignments
