Main Responibilies:-
 Supervising the daily activities of the team.
 Liaise with the Senior Project Mechanical Engineer on technical issues as and when required.
 Ensure that all materials used by the contractors are in accordance with the specifications.
 Monitor as-built drawing preparation by the contractors to ensure that these are accurate and
produced on time.
 Organizing workload, allocating tasks, tasking team on a daily basis.
 Preparation of relevant reports and documents for senior management.
 Perform inventory management by keeping in and out stock ledger and report warehouse status
to Manager.
 Developing policies and maximize performance.
 Monitoring staff attendance and performance levels.
 Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
 Attend the daily/weekly meetings related to project activities and scheduling of works.
 Preparing necessary supporting documents.
 To evaluate sub-contractor wise performance and decide corrective and preventive action.
