• Processing and approving Invoices and Collection details in AAA and Tally9
• Provide updated information to Manger regarding collection and Sales.
• Provide reports on various centers Income and Expenses on monthly/Quarterly basis.
• Processing payment cheques/online for various venders on timely manner.
• Updating Accounts payable and Accounts receivable information.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Payroll System input management.
• Preparing PPT for the management -P&L centre wise & Company
Analyze Reinsurance claims documents and execute the claims proceedings.
Processing of Catastrophe (CAT), Facultative, Motor Claims and Health claims for various Insurance/Re Insurance Companies and place the claims to the various markets like Lloyd’s, London Insurance and Reinsurance Market Association (Lirma) and ILU.
Immense Knowledge of Updating CLASS (Claims Loss Advice and Settlement System), IMR (The Insurers' Market Repository).
Communicating Claims status and Query status to Underwriters/Clients.
Preparing monthly and weekly Claims status and report to UK Team.
Working as a quality checker in Facultative, Motor Claims and Health claims Team.
Provide updated information to various clients
