Preparing voyage disbursement account of 3 mains principals local as well as overseas locations sand follow up AR/AP on monthly basis.
Analyzing of daily bank transactions, Booking and posting of vendor as well as inter-company invoices and reconciling, freight remittance to principal on monthly basis, Import & Export freight collected at local and overseas locations.
Preparation of various management reporting packs.
Local remittance (Cheque) and International remittance (Telegraphic Transfer).
Making entries in General Expenses and Fixed Assets
Verifying FCL/LCL freight manifest by checking freight, local charges and profit margin.

Invoice booking and AP settlement, Issuing freight invoice to customers and AR follow up. petty cash handling, daily bank related activities, maintaining all ledger accounts.
export documentation, follow up with agent/shipping lines for Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, proforma invoice, packing list, arranging documents of container and RORO and Air Shipments, Co ordination with sale team operations team, tracking shipments,
Payroll and calculating agents commission.
