(i) Planning- Planning of dates, logistics, facilitation to the related staff & beneficiaries in family planning camps, Eye camps. Making of micro plan for Pulse polio program, Planning and finalizing of micro plans for Village Health & Nutrition Day (VHND).
(ii) Monitoring- It include the field visit for the evaluation of the micro plans so that the set target for the year can be achieved and also to monitor that whether the quality service is being provided to the people or not.
(iii) Evaluation- Making a logical frame work of target & achievement to check the performance of staff supporting the program which include Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) & Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) so that the best performing worker can be rewarded. It also works as a motivating factor for the other employees.
(iv) Database& MIS- It includes creating a database of employees which consists of Number of leaves taken by the employee in a year so that chances of partiality with the employees can be lowered. Creating a Management Information System (MIS) of the employees which helps the superiors to check the performance of the employee individually.
(v) Software Package- For the quality assurance of the service by the employees the software package on which work is done by me are (I) Health Management Information System (HMIS), (II) Mother and Child Tracking Software (MCTS). Both are online software’s which can be checked by the websites:- www.nrhm-mis.nic.in and www.nrhm-mcts.nic.in relatively.
(vi) Training & Development- From time to time training is being provided to the staff on related topics.
(vii) Controlling- Information regarding employee lagging in their performance is being forwarded to the superiors after the evaluation of their work.
