Check the Material Allocations in Warehouse.
Communicate & Updates to Shipment Custom Staff.
Email Coordination with Clients & in- house Team.
Regular Follow ups with Delivery Staffs to Ensure Deliveries on Time.
Arranging Pickups from Customer Site and Shipping Orders.
Regular Cycle Count in Warehouse to Keep the Stock Updated and Accurate.
• Managing Smooth Flow of Operations.
• Monitor Inbound And Outbound Shipment Booking, Tracking For Local And Overseas Shipments Via ARAMAX, FedEx, DHL And other Local Courier Companies.
• Communicate & Updates to Shipment Clearance Staff.
• Email Coordination with Clients & In- house Team.
• Regular Follow ups with Delivery Staffs to Ensure Deliveries on Time.
• Coordination with In- House And Agility Warehouse Team.
• Arranging Customer Returns Stocks Collections, and Queries.
• Inventory Management System & Physically.
• Working on ADVANCED PRO & EXCEED Software.
• Looking After Online Business Transactions, Listings, Supplies, Returns, of www.Souq.com (UAE and Kuwait)
• Ensuring Stock Availability & Product Display On Website.
• Looking After Online Promotion
• Managing Retail Sales for Laptop, Desktop, Printer & All Related Accessories ( Chain Of 7 Retail Outlets )
• Meetings With Distributors & Suppliers.
• Purchase of New Material As Per Market Demand.
• Ensuring Proper Stocks & Material Movement.
• Allocating & Managing Proper Manpower at Workplace.
• Market Survey on a Regular Basis.
