Scope of the work involving store's operations and scientific inventory management of more than 20, 000 items, covered under 7 different warehouses, encompassing 4 major revenue sharing business units.
Established & controlling the procedures involved in Materials Planning & Stores Activities, in order to control complete Warehouse operations having 4 major Revenue Earning Business Units, sharing more than 70% of the overall business of the organization. (7 Warehouses covering more than 20, 000 no of items)
