•Wireless device support (Aruba Mobility controller MC and AP’s and Clear Pass)

•Deployment of New Aruba Wireless devices (AP’s and RAP)
•Security Devices support (Palo Alto and F5)

Responsible for providing technical support to customer (Loblaw) as a store network support engineer, which includes
•Network troubleshooting (store network / SD WAN, OSPF, BGP, QoS)
•Coordinating field engineers and service providers.
•Perform day to day activities in Datacenter including tape backup and Server support etc.
•Follow up and escalate all the Applications / Networks related issues

•Coordinating with service providers for configuration changes or fault rectification of core links at DC and GN (Government Networks) MPLS.

•Ensure Industry best practice is followed /implemented and to ensure security compliance of network and network devices.
•Change management, Incident Management, Configurations and troubleshooting of all network devices in CRA premises (like Routers, Switches and HP Firewalls)

•Monitoring and Troubleshooting (Break/fix) of all Networks related activates in Core level.
•Change management, Incident Management, Configurations and troubleshooting of all Routers & Switches.
•Troubleshoot application issue with help of data packet analyzer/capture (Wireshark etc.), Packet sniffer and Port Mirroring (SPAN) and Monitoring tools (Tivoli, OpenView etc.)
