designing UAE-compliant product labeling, to coordinating freight with shipping vendors, clearing goods
through customs at port, and transferring stock into warehouse for distribution.
- Managed a portfolio of 49 SKUs across 5 brands; oversaw cross-border sourcing from India and
Uzbekistan.
- Led and managed a team of 5 direct reports across sales and operations; set KPIs, conducted performance

- Independently recruited, screened, and hired sales and operations staff; built the team from the ground up
to support UAE-wide distribution growth.
- Acted as the central coordination point across sales, HR, finance, and compliance functions - managing
end-to-end employee administration (UAE visa processing, medical insurance, WPS compliance) while
liaising with auditors and finance teams on VAT return filing and Corporate Tax compliance per UAE
Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
- Implemented ERPNext system, significantly improving inventory accuracy, receivables control, and
financial reporting.
- Drove sales forecasting, account-level analysis, and performance reporting using advanced Excel and
ERP tools.
