Roles and Activities performed
• To provide support for the sun systems V 4.2.6 and V 4.3.3 (ERP) and the interfaces of Sun systems like SunGI, Harpo, SUNPGM and Vision.
• Ensured that the incident/Service request follows the Standard Operating Procedure
• Support all the Pfizer clients in the Latin America, Europe and Some part of Africa middle east during the critical issues
• As a part of L3 support coordinated with the L2 persons and the client directly to bring the issues to closure
• Maintain the BAU with zero escalations and no SLA miss.
• Maintain the proper SCM including O2C, P2P and R2R.
• Handled the project BRAVO for brazil and Venezuela - which is the extraction of spent details through SUNGI interface and submitting to the other vendor BRAVOSOL.
• Prepared the detailed time/plan/effort required for the SRDM upgrade and ensured it is followed.
• Was a part of CT&E project - Integration testing.
• To prepare requirement document for CT&E project and setup the testing environment in the test server including the Sun, SunGI instance set up and Database setup
• Handled the Change Requests (CR) and ensured that the CR is enclosed within the time frame from inception to the reality.
• Schedule a Red Call alert whenever there is a business critical issue.
• Prepare and document the status reporting including the Weekly, Monthly and DART.
• Prepare the installation manual for Sun, SunGI V 4.0.3.
• Install, configure, and upgrade of SUNGI in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela and Ecuador
• To undertake the KT sessions for the fresher's and the new joiners.
• To attend the weekly call with the client manager and the head to report the status and the key issues, major accomplishments undertaken in Latin America region.
• Management of team in planning, installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Sun Systems and its interfaces.

Roles and Activities
• Write the test cases for all the web pages including the Fleet, Novated and Dealer using the requirement specification document CHM.
• To check the requirement document and report to the client for any changes after the required approvals.
• Create STUB xml's using Altova Map force application using the Sample and SOAP xml.
• Perform the stub testing for all the pages and log defects and issues in the TFS.
• Maintain a track on the defects and issues
• Perform SIT testing after the stub testing.
• SIT build performed periodically and send the build reference number and the associated defect, issue fix for all the Fleet, Novated and dealer portals to the client.
• Liaise between the various team members to coordinate the preparation of various testing activity reports.
• Report to the client on the progress of the testing on everyday basis
• Document system problems and resolutions of the Defects and issues in future reference

• Plan and organise the test including booking of the venue, segregating the candidates depending on the head counts
• Supervise the candidates appearing for the test.
• Assess the test answer sheet using the answer template.
