Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinated for welfare activities such as get-together /outing, mind refreshment games, family entertainment, outing, birthday celebrations, marriage celebrations, team building games, to build up their motivation level as well as productivity.
•Taking exit interviews of resigned employees, until Full & Final settlement.
•Designing the culture building activities like Enjoy Programs, group discussions, with employees in creating
•Employee friendly climate & designing customized Retention, Motivation, Rewards & Recognition programs.
•Conducting the employee satisfaction survey which includes collecting the feedback, analyze the feedback and identify the gaps and present the recommendations and ensure to put in practice.
•Responsible for entire performance appraisal process.
•Preparing performance appraisal questionnaire, getting the evaluations done - self, appraiser, and reviewer.
•Conducting review meetings.
•Getting approval for Increment, Promotion and Deriving Job descriptions and job specifications etc.
•Providing counseling assistance, Grievance Handling.
•Solving all employee queries related to HR and resolves any Issues.
•Conducting Fun activities and Giving away gifts and presents on festive occasions
•Forecasting vacancies, sourcing profiles through job portals, employee referral programs, manpower consultancies, newspaper advertisement, head hunting etc.
•Rolling out offers, completing joining formalities, completing background verification processes, conducting induction program & Ensures that all requirements of ID card to Bank account are done.
•Taking care of admin facilities such has vendor management, cab bookings, hotel bookings and stationery maintenance.
•Have working knowledge on B1 visa processing.
•Manage housekeeping staffs from recruitment till assigning and monitoring their work.
•Salary preparation for both staffs and contract labors.
•Attendance record maintain both staffs & contractual.
•General Compliances like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and Professional Tax

Key Responsibilities:
•Interacting with Delivery heads, Technical Managers and co-ordinate with VP Hr & Admin to understand staffing needs, job specifications and requirements.
•Work cooperatively with the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and other activities like Job Fairs and Campus Interviews etc... Also development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
•Monitoring targets and constantly working on improving metrics like Social Media Hiring, TAT, hiring conversion rate and offer to joined ratio.
•Manages the presentation/updates, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components like maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
•Maintaining the Employee Master Sheet & Employee Joining Reports.
•Responsible for completion of Joining Formalities - initiating BGV, Pre medicals, opening salary account providing employee code, access card, issuance of appointment letter, creation of email ids, login id in HRMS, sending the new joiner introduction emails to all employees etc…
•Handling the Medi-claim facility of the employees and one point contact between the insurance company & the employee for any issues relating to the claims. Coordinating with the insurance company and the TPA for faster processing of claims, issue of medical cards, etc.
•Responsible for Statutory Compliance of the third party vendors.
•Attending to employees grievances.
•Identifying training requirements and working with line functions for planning and execution of the same
•Responsible for organizing and conducting various Training and Development Programs, gathering the feedback from the attendees and Collate the training metrics.
•Coordinating and completing exit formalities with the outgoing associates.
•Closely work with the management team for smooth functioning.
•Take care of General office administration such has employee engaging programs, facility arrangements.
•US Visa processing for B1 to the employees for the travel to US.
•Responsible for maintenance, development and renovation of Company properties.
•Liasioning with Govt. offices.
•Maintain appearance of common office areas.
•Define economic ways to purchase and serve.
•To organize meeting/seminars/gatherings/sessions
•Cab booking and Hotel booking for Top management
