• Search and first round screen candidates
• Maintenance of a recruitment database of applicants that were not selected but are deemed to have talent and capabilities that could be of interest to the Group and Operating Companies in the future
• Coordinates and follow up with the other sections of the HR function and with other functional areas in the Group to ensure that Recruitment and Manpower Planning activities are delivering the needed service.
• Short list candidates and coordinate productivity with departments for interviews according to Operating Companies needs
