Implementation of Quality System and System Procedure Effectively in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, Schedule Q and SAEP-1150. Prepare bi-weekly PQD, monthly PQI, PII, and Monthly Quality Report. Ensure timely closure all non-conformities by follow up in weekly meetings. Consolidate PID Inspector’s weekly QMIS data and report. Prepare weekly highlight. Administration jobs. Review Monthly Quality Management Report. Attending Weekly Quality Meeting. Review of Quality Documents such as procedures, Qualification, Method Statement, and IAP. Track status of quality documents. Verify the vendors and suppliers are approved for the Project. Track weld repair rate and NDT backlog. Attend contractor’s senior management review meeting and scheduled auditing. Ensure integrity of executed work for all discipline. Interface with team leads for quality concerns. Participate Monthly Management Reviews and Corporate Program Reviews of Contractor. Perform, schedule, and create process awareness training for Quality staff. Coordinate monthly communication meeting. Follow up with GIS contractor for timely mobilization, demobilization and plant access requirements. Manage and validate the corrective and preventive action system. Review and validate supplier issued QA/QC documents. Monitor and audit the QA/QC activities performed by the Sub-Contractor. Establish and Implement the reporting System for the QA/QC Department. Ensure PID surveillance ratio is maintaining and all activities are under PID surveillance. Participate in establishment of quality documentation for the Project’s Procurement. Establish and maintain Quality Records in conformance with contractual terms. Track CBT status of Contractor’s Inspectors.
Asset integrity management in accordance with Aramco SMS Element 5. Life assessment inspection. Issue defect notification for non-conformities. On-Stream Inspection. Inspection on maintenance works. Shutdown and T&I Inspection. Internal inspection of static equipment’s, Tanks, and Piping systems (during shutdown and T&I). Perform external Visual inspection for Integrity. Analyzing the condition of the equipment. Calculate corrosion rates, remaining life and interpret finding. Analyse the fracture failure. Recommend for type of repairs to be carried out. Witness and evaluate Non-Destructive Examination. Welding inspection. Landing base inspection. Coating Inspection. Cladding Inspection. CUI. Conduct Hardness testing. Witness Pressure Testing. Update findings in condition monitoring tracking report of equipment’s. Nipple survey. RV survey. Prepare pre-shut down and post shut down report. Inspected fabrication of cement lined piping. Assist operation engineer for preparing repair procedure. Monitored temporary repair and permanent repair of defects. Monitored installation of bolted clamp, sleeve, patch plate and insert plate for temporary and permanent repairs. Assisted evergreening process of plant with specialist company (BUREAU VERITAS). Participated in field auditing for operational excellence. Mothballing inspection. Chemical injection point inspection. Hot spot survey. Update Equipment’s EIS register. Inspect shop fabrication activities.
Reports to Senior Supervisor Projects QA/QC and execute all QA/QC Activities pertaining to Projects and Shops. Attends Project Kick-off Meetings, develop Inspection Test Plans and Implement in a timely fashion. Weld Reject Rates are monitored and investigated for root cause, and remedial recommendations are offered. Schedule Inspection work activities for the different contractors and monitor daily progress to ensure that all works are completed as per standards and deadlines. Enforce strict compliance to industry codes and standards related to fabrication engineering as per Project Specifications. Review major QA/QC Failures investigate for Root Cause in order to uplift Standard of Workmanship and Quality of new fabrications. Ensure all ITPs are closed and QA/QC Dossiers are completed with as-built drawings, test pack review, QA/QC documentation, Final inspection for Mechanical Completion Punch listing, Closing MPCS punch. RTFI, closely monitored RT procedure implementation.

Got training in maintenance, inspection, overhaul and production of military aircrafts namely Su-33 fighter aircraft RD-33 Turbojet Engine. Got training in eddy current testing, foundry shop, casting process, welding, manufacturing, maintenance, QAQC inspection, overhaul, test run, Preservation, Storage, dispatch and transportation of aircraft engines.
