Generate new orders and make sure the orders are send and confirmed within the accepted time limit.
Management of product quality including testing and overall compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Contact suppliers to negotiate price.
Select the freight forwarding agent based on the quotations, fix the freight and make sure the order is loaded in container as per the company standards.
Customs Documentation with E-Mirsal II
Ensure all necessary documents (BOE, FIRS etc) are prepared and collected to submit the same to port and municipality authority for timely clearance of shipments.
Developing and maintain relationships with international suppliers.
Optimizing delivery dates and payment terms of procurement.
Ensuring accurate stock operations and record keeping.
Conferring with heads of departments to ensure delivery of items in the market as per the schedule.
Commercial
Commercial end to end responsibility for negotiating and agreeing the best possible pricing and terms with the new supplier.
Provide overall supervision and coordination of team of Commercial executives.
Ensure all paper works and procedures are followed for submission of documents to customs for duty exemption.
Prepare and send necessary reports to heads of departments
Report to Commercial manager.
Inform commercial executives regarding new rules and regulations for Dubai customs and Dubai municipality.

•Air freight operations using Calogi
•Issues Airway bill and Seaway bill to customers upon verification of documents.
•Booking with Shipping Lines & Airlines for Import & Exports
•Preparing Certificate of Origin for exports
•Prepare FIRS for food imports.
•Prepare Exit / Entry paper and submit the same to Dubai customs within time for duty refund.Coordinating with transporters
