(a) Based on SAP functionality, vendor recommendation and requirement from end users set up the Plant Maintenance System in SAP for all assets.
(b) Coordinate with the data providers and create and update SAP Plant Maintenance Master in SAP .
(c) Create new Maintenance Plans, schedule it based on supplier recommendation and engineers input.
(d) Produce Management Information reports on performance of Preventive Maintenance System in each area.
(e) Review the Plant Maintenance Master Data in the system and inform the concerned engineers regarding incomplete data.
(f) Prepare monthly engineering reports & KPI’s.
(g) Review the material requirement for planned jobs and coordinate with stores/purchasing
(h) Coordinate the preparation of Engineering Safety Manual and related works.
(i) Monitoring the engineering employee’s personnel activities and skill matrix.
In-charge - Machineries stores, data analyzer, administration involment, fully conversant with ISO 9001-2000 Certification procedure and leading a team of engineers and technical personnel.
