Planning & executing Reliability Validation Test (RVT) for Project Trial vehicles (Development Phase).
• Conducting SUVs testing for desert & off-road usage, customer requirements, competitors study & benchmarking.
• Supporting Marketing & Sales Team for model launches, media technical Q&A & Motor Show events throughout GCC.
• Coordinating with Dealers all over the GCC for customer concerns, events support, & sharing best practices.
• Understanding & experience of customer complaints & requirements & translating into technical & functional recommendations for product development to meet customer expectation to increase customer satisfaction.
• Future model projects planning for vehicle/component/systems tests and regional validation.
• Identify, develop & recommend product requirements for all model lines
• Support head office in Japan and provide all required data and region information
• New models testing and Marketability evaluations
• Media test vehicle confirmation
• Marketability data collection
• Benchmarking of competitor in regards to product concept issues & subsequent definition of technical solutions.
• Carrying out all relevant service procedures within dealer management system, dealer process ensuring
continuous improvement in customer satisfaction index (CSI) and increase in profitability
• Delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations
• Ensuring that the COMMUNICATION flow is accurate and timely in-between the customer and workshop
• Planning and implementing strategy for achieving and exceeding daily and monthly labor sales target and
carry out up selling of additional services
• Providing initial diagnoses of vehicle faults and accurately invoice for all work completed
• Closely monitoring the ongoing work in progress with Team Leader and service engineer
• Following up with the customer after service to ensure their satisfaction.
• Preparing daily KPI & WIP report.
