Carried out both Projects managenent and implementaion roles in various projects related to: - Cloud backup and Cloud Storage Projects, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) planning and implementation, migrating from Physical environments to Virtual. - Storage (Nexenta Systems, HP, Dell Equallogic, NetApp), new implementation, design and data migration. - Microsoft Products (Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM & SCOM), monitoring and pefroming second level support. - Backup (Symantec Netbackup, Symantec Backup Exec, Cloudberry, Unitrends backup and recovery, Veeam Backup & Replication, HP Data Protector). Designing, monitoring, capacity planning, upgrades, requirements gathering, on demand restoring and disaster recovery restores. - Servers (HP, Dell, SuperMicro), purchasing, racking, sizing and insalling. - DNS (Ubuntu, Microsoft), monitoring and configuration. - Capacity Planning and sizing for storage and services. - DR sites planning and implementation. - Assure technical and security standards are implemented in all area of responsibilities. - Onboarding new customers - Cloud Services.
- Maintain, Implement and Support Microsoft Infrastructure Systems Including AD, Exchange, Hyper-V and SCCM
- Operating and maintaining backup with CommVault backup system.
- Documenting e-Infrastructure design and topology
- Defining and documenting Policies and Procedures.
- Design, Maintain, Implement and support Network Infrastructure including:
• Site-to-Site fibre and microwave connectivity.
• Switching and Routing; CISCO and HP Procurve.
• Security; NAP, NAC, Microsoft Certificate Authority, Microsoft AD RMS, Layer2 Encryption Systems, Desktop Encryption Systems, Device Controls, Data Leackage Prevention System, IPS/IDS, Firewalls including Cisco; Fortigate and Juniper.
• Network and Traffic Monitoring.
- Data Centers design, monitoring, construction and implementation.
- Support Microsoft Infrastructure Systems. Including: Microsoft AD, SCCM, ISA, Print and File Server and Virtualization Infrastructure.
- Maintain and Support SAN/NAS infrastructure; HP EVA and HP Blades
- Support Messaging and Unified Communications Systems including Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry, and PBXs; Ericson and ASTRA.
- Corporate IT Logistics including Support Agreemants, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
- Systems Backup with HP data protector
- Symantec Enterprise Vault
