- Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination. - Troubleshoot, resolve and document problems.
- Write reports and presentations to guide operational decisions periodically.
- Crafting and developing new reports to support analysis.
- Work with software and programs to capture, validate, contextualize and share findings
- Translate business needs to technical specifications
- Design, build and deploy Business Intelligence and data visualization solutions.
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
- Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes, data warehouses)
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Evaluate and improve existing Business Intelligence systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate requirements & systems
- Lead discussions with internal resources, external customers and partners to envision and define data reporting requirements.
- Crafting, developing and execute data queries to support analyses
- Create/deploy visualizations and reports for requested projects supporting both internal & external facing users
- Provide friendly, courteous and quality support to all users; respond to incoming telephone calls, web-submissions, emails and face to face requests for assistance from users experiencing problems
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure business continuity
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
