Worked as Customer Service Manager and Quality control Manager with consumer appliances company providing quality service and manageing customer serivec related problems managing service and reception staff and techinical staff handling upset customers and managing the Quality of the product and also ISO 9000 procedures and manataining the ISO standard. Have worked as Service Manager in Kuwait with companies like Samsung, Panasonic, LG and Alghanim managing their entire service center, budgeting, technical training, spare parts etc.
