Selected Accomplishments:
1) Upgraded KFH Trade platform and successfully integrated with Kuwait Stock Exchange’s new trading platform (X- Stream).
2) Led the planning, design and the execution of the integration with Reuters financial data-feed provider.
3) Successfully completed launching IPhone and Android applications one month ahead of scheduled, resulted in a 15% increase of the registered users and 50% increase of the daily sent orders.
4) Decrease in customer complaints from 30 to less than five complaints per month.
5) Managed the integration process with KNET financial gateway.
6) Managed adding new financial markets such as Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and USA to the online trading platform.

Selected to analyze, identify and measure the weakness of the existing system applications and to provide appropriate solutions to redesign and enhance code infrastructure.

Selected Accomplishments:
1) Performed extensive technical reviews of the existing systems, gathering details utilized for “Student Information System” and provide supportive technical documentation for the revamping process in order to be flexible and maintainable by enhancing code quality using Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
2) Demonstrated outstanding leadership and superb management skills for building and implementing the student portal to enable the students to schedule their courses online.

Leaded “SouqLister” project designated for www.souq.com to allow VIP users to create and organize their auctions offline as well as listing the created auctions without using the website.

Selected Accomplishments:
1) Leaded the HR leaving system project, by designing the whole infrastructure from tables to the multi-tier layers which consist from database, business and presentation layers.
Using MVC, FrontController, Singleton and factory method design patterns
2) Played an architectural role for Re-designing and Re-Factoring the existing CRM system, to enhance the performance, code quality and the maintainability of the application.

Leaded Air Canada project by analyzing designing, developing requirements that based on the following systems:
• Quality Management System.
• Flexible Workflow Configuration Tool.
