value (due to differing provisioning rules between direct management and mutual funds) and
transferred liquidity risk to external managers.
• Managed daily treasury operations (money market and cash) and captured cross-asset market
opportunities.
• Delivered Investment Committee presentations including macroeconomic analysis and portfolio
review.
• Prepared regulatory filings and managed the relationship with the supervisory authority (ACAPS).
• Structured management mandates for dedicated fund creation and managed partner relationships
(banks, asset managers).

Managed a USD 2 billion global portfolio, outperforming the benchmark every year over 8
consecutive years.
• Optimized the equity and Private Equity portfolio; managed investment and reinvestment of the fixed
income portfolio.
• Oversaw the group's real estate portfolio (residential, offices, land): led residential development
projects achieving an average IRR of 23%.
• Led a strategic reallocation of the real estate portfolio, reducing its value from USD 150M to USD
100M on Investment Committee decision.
• Managed daily treasury operations (money market and cash) and captured cross-asset market
opportunities.
