Planning and management of Operations activities to ensure timely and reliable operations support for all users in the Company, Qualitative and quantitative smooth running of the Department.
Supervise and direct Operations staff in carrying out operational procedures.

Maintain data center of network servers, ISIS servers including support in day to day operations of the servers.
Networking, communication including ISP related issues and software support.
Assess the IT requirements with users according to business needs in a cost effective way and ensuring proper setup of all systems.
Adding new branches to the network that include setup and configuration.
3rd level of IT Support.
Email server: Lotus Domino installation and configuration.
Computer Room: Maintain computer room to be in good condition, check servers for proper operation, backup properly done, check the total environment, devices status.
Lab: Test PC, servers, network devices, application and tools in the lab.
Cisco routers and switches configuration with WAN/LAN troubleshooting skills.
AS400 system administration (User profile creation, Devices configuration, Job scheduling).
Document process.
Document network diagrams.
Windows: Installation, Configuration and Administration, windows services management (DHCP, DNS, etc).
Implementing Active Directory, Group Policies and Security Policies.
Taking regular backups and assisting in restoration of systems data.
Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers backup using
using CA ARCserve and Arkeia backup software.
Installation and configuration of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
Installation and configuration of Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
