 Ensure and monitor physical security and safety of computer installations and data.

 Maintain data center of network servers, ISIS servers including support in day to day operations of the servers.
 Networking, communication including ISP related issues and software support.
 Assess the IT requirements with users according to business needs in a cost effective way and ensuring proper setup of all systems.
 Adding new branches to the network that include setup and configuration.

 3rd level of IT Support.
 Email server: Lotus Domino installation and configuration.
 Computer Room: Maintain computer room to be in good condition, check servers for proper operation, backup properly done, check the total environment, devices status.
 Lab: Test PC, servers, network devices, application and tools in the lab.
 Cisco routers and switches configuration with WAN/LAN troubleshooting skills.
 AS400 system administration (User profile creation, Devices configuration, Job scheduling).
 Document process.
 Document network diagrams.
 Windows: Installation, Configuration and Administration, windows services management (DHCP, DNS, etc).
 Implementing Active Directory, Group Policies and Security Policies.
 Taking regular backups and assisting in restoration of systems data.
 Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers backup using
using CA ARCserve and Arkeia backup software.
 Installation and configuration of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
 Installation and configuration of Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
 Server backup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
 Cisco Routers and switches configuration.
 Internet Connection.
 Processing the employees clearance form.
 Add new branches to Zahid Tractor’s network that include setup and configuration.
 Work with vendors and business partners regarding application, testing, installation and configuration.
 Monitor network status.
 Monitor the communication lines and co-ordinate with the ISP and remote locations.
 Respond to Help Desk requests requiring network and systems issues.
 Troubleshoot any problem related to terminals, printers and other computer related equipment.
 Co-ordinate with IT Manager, for his queries etc. and keep him updated about the operational problems.
 Assist the users to troubleshoot in case of any abnormality or hardware failure.
 Optimize server performance by conducting routine health checks.
 Install relevant patches and upgrades provided by vendors on servers hardware and software.
