KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increasing Aftermarket Penetration within the existing installed base of Atlas Copco Equipment.
• Growing existing business into higher value Products within the Service Ladder by carrying out the best possible technical support to the customer, Service implementations and troubleshooting..
• Liaising with service planner to ensure that service plan agreements are correctly implemented.
• Involved in marketing innovative Aftermarket Products (including Airconnect, Airscans, AirOptimizers, etc) in line with guidelines issued by the group from time to time and our own customers’ requirements.
• Preparing training material and training project customers in operation methods and service schedules for new and existing range of machines.
• Providing support to Sales in preparation of tenders for major Projects.
• Ensuring that actions recommended by technical bulletins for machine modifications and new service methods are implemented promptly.
• Preparing all technical reports and warranty costs reports due to product companies.
• Preparing installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Project management and commissioning.
• marketing, carrying out and developing reports for Airscans in The United Arab Emirates.
