The Windows Live now O365 for Education is a program designed to offer digital tools and services to aid learning in Institutions of Higher learning that include Colleges and Universities. As the Technology Specialist, I was tasked with the mandate of driving the acceptance and adoption of the program within the education space in West, East, Central Africa and Indian Ocean Islands covering over 49 Countries. In partnership with Universities, Ministry of Education and Education stakeholders develop a plan for service subscription, deployment and adoption. The primary tools offered to the education communities included, digital content, developer tools, messaging and collaboration tools. To be successful on the role, the day to day tasks included, presenting the Windows Live @Edu Program to Universities and education institutions. Consisting in demonstrations, briefs to potential customers. Answer (phone, email, face to face) to customer technical question regarding the detail of the offer. Engaging the technical deployment: intermediate between the OSG-Online Support Group team in charge of migration and the customer, once the contract signed. Drive testimonials collection with WECA EHQ Marketing. Help customers to accelerate adoption among the students.
