Auditing Tasks:
Auditing tickets’ fare, tax and commission .
Issuing penalties for wrong tickets pricing and other fraud and violations. Preparing and writing audit reports for each SV direct sales offices. Calculating statistic information after each auditing period.
Team Leader Tasks:
Implement the audit parameters & audit plan
Support all the departmental day to day activities in Sales audit.
Distributing daily tasks among colleagues and updating distribution plan.
Validating Internal Debit Memo (IDM) for all violations identified.
Generating and monitoring daily and monthly production log to be used by auditors and reviewed by General Managers.
Conduct meetings and sessions with team members .
Participating in updating the auditing procedure by highlighting auditing’s feedback points. Provide daily/weekly/monthly/yearly statistics on progress of auditing plan, Master files for all IDMs tracking .

• Identify opportunities to enhance business unit performance.
• Effectively supported system users with analyzing of business requirements, testing new functionalities, ensuring understanding by technical team members, and creation/implementation of user manuals and proper steps for use of SAP system.
• Continually updating departmental website, assessing user training needs, participating in development and review of user documentation, developing professional training program materials, and coordinating the delivery of user technical support and training.
• Monitoring and analyzing end user satisfaction with IT/SAP solutions and services.
• Oversaw team and properly directed them as “Team Leader” of the computer department
• Proactively expedited handling of statistical reports for full effectiveness and efficiently
