Accomplish the Onboarding & Clearance IT checklist for incoming and outgoing employees, respectively
Function as the administrator and provide orientation to new users
Manage and administer the company’s website and ensure updated content
Ensure installation of firewall, disable access to restricted sites, disable external devices access and report violators accordingly
Provide a weekly/monthly report on IT inventory, update on initiated programs, CPU activities, and other reports that may be required by management
Create and implement a disaster recovery plan
Provide IT Solutions. Recommend/initiate IT program improvements to the work processes as required/needed
Manage the IT hardware and system inventory and ensure their good working condition
Document the configuration of the system.
Responsible for security System performance tuning.
Participate in planning process and assist in the preparation of the department’s annual budget
