To Assist the Chairman of the organization and conduct the Board meeting and Facilitate for the annual plan on different Project.
To make the Annual Budget and submit in the Board Meeting and to Treasurer
To lead, guide and coordinate the 10 Staff, ( % staff in official office and 5 field visitors.
To overview all the financial records prepared by Accountant and send it to auditor
To Process Social program and forward the project in the community.
1. Leading 5 staff in the office.
2. Performing all the clerical work.
3. Coordinating the staff.
1St Year: Accountancy, Economics, Marketing, Principle of Management, Business Maths. 2nd Year: Accountancy, Economics, Business Law, Marketing, Finance 3rd Year: Marketing: Sales, Distribution, Advertising, Project Management.
