• Leading day to day operations of the accounts and finance
department on a multinational level.
• Analyzing and reporting Subsidiaries & Joint venture’s
financial reports and provide recommendations and notifying
key areas.
• Carryout the Internal Audit for the scrutiny and accuracy of the

3) Managing retail division’s operational requirements & financial activities for Kuwait, Saudi, Dubai, Bahrain & China.
4) Preparing various Management reports and reporting to retail division managing director.

6) Preparing monthly Consolidated Financial Statement Reports of all divisions.
7) Managing Banking Activities and dealing with financial institutions.
