 Responsible for all incoming deliveries and safe keeping of all stock located
within the store.
 Handling of inventory items and keeping store inventory current and accurate.
 Responsible to ensure all items are available and determine if the quantities are
enough in the store.
 Comply with Company Policy and Procedures.
 Organize food items and non-food items according in compliance of Dubai
Municipality Policy and Brand SOP.
 Maintain high standard of food quality by ensuring all products received in
correct temperature, good quality and the expiration mentioned on the
packaging.
 Responsible to monitor the stock movement.
 Follow the FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out).
 Follow up the suppliers regarding deliveries.
 Handling weekly invoice reports.
 Communicate to cost control team and store manager for any issues related to
ordering, receiving and reports.
 Maintains and organize all files related to Receiving, Purchasing, LPO’s
