Employees must be able to report unsafe or unhealthy workplace condition or hazard to a supervisor without fear of reprisal.
Check and inspect power, electrical, mechanical tools etc. use by the workers at the site to secure good circulate materials received from EH&S to appropriate member of the department.
Inspect the department to insure the workplace meets the various safety requirements.
Ensure the monthly inspection of Fire extinguisher, Exit lights and Emergency lighting, are carried out.
Respond to reports of unsafe conditions (e.g)
Notify EH&S of critical accident, unsafe condition or work refusals.
