• For first 3 months as a new recruit I have undergone training under our technical team. Actual hands-on I installation of CCTV camera both I.P. camera and Analog camera and in configuration with Digital Video Recorder (D.V.R.)/ PC. Base for I.P. camera
• Prospect new customers and builds business relationship to generate for the company
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact that includes regular face to face meeting, telephone and email communication.
• Present solutions, products and company services to prospective customers.
• Does account profiting and proper qualifying to assess potential solution opportunities.
• Establish relationship with supplier’ contacts, product manager and other principals’ contact to ensure good support for projects that are being worked on.

• Process applications for new lease, lease renewal and lease variation, applications for consent for lease transactions, and such other tasks as required for the efficient performance of lease administration and the general operation of the Lease Services
• Undertake such other related tasks and duties as may reasonably be requested by the Lease Services Manager
• Follow up the present Tenants regarding end of contract
• Showing of units to a prospective clients
• Preparing a draft contract for a closable client/s
• Checking the units before move in and before move out of tenant
• Ensuring all payments are received before move in
• Monitoring all files that should be in a safe place
• Take note of the concerns of the tenants and unit owners
• Build a good relationship both unit owners and client/s
