• Reports directly to the Project Manager.
• Prepare Prequalification Documents, Material Submittals, Method Statements and other required documents related to projects and update as necessary.
• Assist in Preparation of Tender Documents/ Bid proposals for client’s evaluation.
• Prepare Official Letters and other Document Transmittals to be sent to other companies and ensure delivery of the document.
• Segregate incoming correspondences and identify if Enquiry, Purchase Orders, Project Correspondences, Legal documents etc.
• Forward received correspondences to concerned personnel timely.
• Recording all incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, minutes of meetings and other project documentation and file accordingly.
• Maintaining hard and soft copies of documents received ensuring easy and prompt retrieval of documents.
• Preserve confidentiality of documents
• Purchase Office materials and other related items to ensure adequate supply of materials are available.
• Respond to emails, answer to client queries pertaining to company’s main activities and coordinates related matters to concerned personnel.
