DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Evaluate and certify Contractor’s payment invoices.
▪ Evaluation and preparation of change request, draft site instructions and variation orders including new rate analysis if required.
▪ Preparation of Bill of Quantities including budgetary cost estimate, preambles during tendering process.

Preparation/Review of Bill of Quantities and Item Analysis for tendering as per specifications, method of measurement (CESMM3, POMI, SMM7), contract conditions (FIDIC), drawings, scope of works.
BOQ pricing based from supplier’s and subcontractor’s quotations.
