• Design review of packages for mechanical projects under Southern Area Central Region at Saudi Aramco.
• Provide technical support to other division in Abqaiq Plant and in the SA Community..
• Review and validate feasibility studies done by SA design consultant.
• Prepares Design Packages for Southern Area Central Region/ Utility Division projects.

• To ensure that all technical issues are properly addressed.
• Validates equipment details based on the approved shop drawing.
• Prepares the necessary calculation for all HVAC equipment to be procured.
• Evaluates all HVAC technical submittals of the supplier prior to submission to client.
• Prepares RFI related to HVAC works.
• Supervise shop drawing preparation.
• Coordinates with the project team pertaining technical issues.

• Reviewing results of test and inspections and advising the status of acceptance.
• Issue of non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
• Documenting all inspections and test on proformas as required by the Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP).
• Completion of quality records as per approved Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP).

• Monitors accomplishment for HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing works.
• Monitors all installation on site ensuring that all installations are in conformity with the approved designs and specification.
• Inspects all installation for HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing works, as per approved ITP & AFC Drawings prior to client’s inspection.
• Coordinates with various trades and other sub-contactor to attain smooth flow of work.
• Prepares ECC, MCC and Test Packages for a specific system

• Monitors accomplishment for HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing works.
• Inspects all installation for Mechanical works, as per approved Mechanical plans.
• Monitors all installation on site ensuring that all installations are in conformity with the approved designs and specification.
• Coordinates with various trades and other sub-contactor to attain smooth flow of work.
• Coordinate with Mechanical designers re: problems and suggestions on the execution of works.
• Check shop drawings prior to submission to client/consultant.

• Design & Estimates company projects, for both Mechanical & Plumbing works.
• Prepare calculation and preliminary layout for HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing/Sanitary works.
• Sizing of equipment, pipes, ducts and all necessary appurtenances intended for the specific project.
• Prepared the tenders and materials take-off for designed and bid projects.
• Evaluates proposal for equipment/material that will be procured for the project.
