Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all issues involved in the project. Provide clear direction based on agreed end user requirements and eliminate maximum comments by providing acceptable alternative solutions and code studies.Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables. Ensures adherence to deadlines. File all project documents (hard and soft copies). Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within production teams. Develop detailed schedule that includes all project phases and dependencies from schematic to final design engineering.

Responsible for leading and supervision of plumbing & fire protection engineering team. Reviews/validates designs to ensuring compliance with project scope, applicable codes and standards and ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables performing the detailed engineering design for various projects. Reviews run the course from conceptual design through start-up and initial acceptance.

The project scope mainly are; to develop of concept, schematic and final design layouts related to plumbing in rain water & sanitary drainage, system, potable & non potable water system & fire water system applications. General design calculations as per plumbing codes (UPC, IPC, NPC, NFPA). Sizing and selection of various equipments such as Waste water treatment, reuse & disposal, Piping material, Gravity feed/booster systems, Water heaters, automatic fire suppression systems (CO2, FM200, NOVEC1230) Potable, non potable water systems, Fire water systems, cold & hot water supplies, Drainage systems, Sanitary drainage piping, Grease/oil interceptors, Water hammer arrestors, Irrigation systems, LPG systems, Air systems, Swimming pools, wash-out valves, automatic air vents etc. To study, review, and evaluation of the project design and cost analysis including the recommendations of projects cost savings and value engineering. Technical and coordination meetings with clients, end users, and various trade engineers for projects, implementations, clarifications and coordination.

These projects includes : Community housing, high rise buildings, civic centers, commercial complex, soya beans crushing plant complex, Telecommunication buildings, Medical centers, Palaces, Universities, special fast tract projects e.g. international airports, heliports, hangers, fire department stations, forensic lab buildings, and other related security/institutional facilities, Site Development infrastructures, Gas Transmission, District Cooling and Sanitary Waste Treatment.

Oversees the acquisition of materials needed for production, general supplies for offices and facilities, equipment, or construction contracts.seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices, negotiating prices and contracts, reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment or buildings determining quantity and timing of deliveries (more commonly in small companies), forecasting upcoming demand.

Schedule preparation and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. In charge of performance management of vendors. Ensures the accuracy of financial forecasts, which tie-in to project schedules. Ensure projects are completed according to project plans. Manage project team resources and training and develop extensive project management experience and expertise. To organize project teams so that multiple specialty disciplines reporting. Posses inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.

To develop economical solutions that work without compromising quality at minimal cost. Selection of suitable machinery models as per clients requirements. Prepares layout & schematic drawings for Water supplies intended for compounds, villas, hospitals, hotels & small buildings for consultants approval. To develop proposals in power point presentation enhanced with computer graphics. Receives orders & quick delivery of materials as per offer Consistent follow up with the customers.

To develop market plan & strategies in the power generation industry. To study & evaluate tenders. To develop powerful proposals in power point presentation enhanced with computer graphics. Prepares basic concepts for projects like; Construction of new power plant from 1MW to 50MW. Relocation/upgrade/expansion of existing power plant. Sizing & selection of suitable power plant equipments & auxiliaries e.g. power generators, control systems, transformer, ATS, fuel forwarding & storage with respect to international standards. Preparation for Layout & process schematic diagrams. Electrical riser diagrams for switchgears & plant auxiliaries. Piping diagrams for fuel, lubrication & cooling system. Keeping all the engineering design documentation up to date during the design, construction, testing commissioning phases of the project.

To develop the schematic designs in mechanical related designs, issues & on site supervision for facilities like; Design of cogeneration plant with gas turbine & multistage flash desalination plant, Design of tri-generation plant \[combined power, water and chilled water (for district cooling) generation\] using the gas turbine & multistage flash desalination plant. To prepare layout plan for all mechanical & process control facilities in coordination with the electro mechanical & civil design team. To develop project specification in related to mechanical design & issues. To develop the schematic design of steam process in coordination with cogeneration plant facilities like heat recovery steam generator, multi stage flash desalination plant & absorption chillers.
