•Lead and manage the TEIAT (Temporary Electrical Installation Audit Team) in
ensuring safe electrical design and operation of the Temporary Electrical
Installations (TEIs) composed of - Electrical Engineering Manager, Electrical
Engineer Inspectors, and Electrical Duty Holders in all sites;
•Ensure that all scopes and objectives are enforced; and by realizing them, it is my duty and responsibility to educate my team and to coordinate/align them functionally with site teams;
•Ensure that all deliverables are correctly reviewed, implemented, and commissioned, i.e. SLDs, Materials, Inspections, and test reports;
•Ensure that all objectives of my team are carried throughout the ranks by conducting and presiding with meetings (bi-weekly), prepare technical presentations in addressing issues, write emails/correspondences, MOM, etc.;
• Ensure that IMS procedures is aligned with site operation and updated twice a
year;
•Ensure that new staff and personnel for TEI team are qualified by developing
good job description.

Erga-Qatar LLC is a Grade “A” firm specializing in Architecture designing, Planning, and Consulting since 1980. • Responsibility in the management & coordination of the electrical works with
other trades and disciplines to ensure smooth flow in the construction process;
• To review and approve material and shop drawing submittals, which are the
basic components in achieving target dates using proper and approved project
documents;
•To manage and control the projects by using a project monitoring status
technique that I developed, learned, and mastered when I was a MEP
Coordinator in Kuwait, that no slip has occurred with my numerous projects with
its effective and organized format and application;
• In using this method, I have achieved, in most of my project handovers, the
quality objectives and precisions;
• To resolved design conflicting issues by analyzing each and every contract my
projects are into with client, project managers, and all other stakeholders, as
every project has its own terms and conditions;
• I have delivered numerous projects already here in Doha and were successful
using my previous experiences in automation and controls, electronic/PLC,
process and instrumentation skills that I have acquired and developed in
industrial plant operation and maintenance and of which, all ELVs (FAS, HAS,
BMS, Security/Access Controls, etc.) were commissioned and handed-over in
concurrence with Project Specifications and client requirements;
•Performed successful review of change orders using my knowledge I have
acquired and developed in tendering and pricing of project costs;
•Commissioned numerous successful projects in Qatar by applying my
Knowledge I have acquired and developed through-out the years in operation
and maintenance of manufacturing and industrial plants, knowledge in electronic
and motor controls;
• In achieving these milestones, experience, knowledge and understanding with
its full implementation of QA/QC requirement, Testing & Commissioning /
Energization procedures, and all Contract Closed-out requirements and
handover such O&M manuals and project as-built must be properly,
systematically, and appropriately done in stages.

Project: BARWA City Phase 1 & Diwan Amiri Utility Bldg.
Voltas, Ltd. (subsidiary of Tata, India) employs more than 5, 000 consolidated technocrats and workers in Doha, Qatar. Several MEP projects on accounts are the New Doha Int’l. Airport, Sidra Hospital, Barwa Phase I (my project), Al Hudaid, Porto Arabia, Amiri Diwan, Vilaggio Mall and in UAE, these are the Etisalat Bldg. and Formula 1 ckt. to name a few.
• I joined M/s Voltas, Ltd. at the onset of the Project and was made in-acting
capacity as the MEP Design Manager, in-charge of preparation and submission
of Shop Drawings (SDs) & Material Submittals (MS);
• Using my in-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering, my hands-on
experience as Company owner, and at the same time as the Projects Director,
where, not only Electrical works we execute but for Civil, Architectural,
Mechanical, and fabrication works, I was able to handle the submittal’s
production for SDs and MSs attaining 90% of approvals in just about 3 months;
• On the execution side, I handled full package works from 1st Fix to Handover,
managing each milestone using the PERT/CPM technique in time and resource
managements;
• In addition to above, one who’s with knowledge in resource and time
management techniques shall be advantageous in determining manpower
strength, equipment purchase and allocation, slip-free activity schedules - my
tasks and responsibilities were successfully done, and the proof of success was
for the 3-year start to end completion of Barwa City Phase 1 Project (BCP1);
• At the Diwan Amiri Project - Carpark & Utility bldg. relocation, I was tasked to
undertake the “Eaton” Busducts installation of which composed of 17 rows with
minimum 150m in length each and I completed them in 3 months, a feat no-one
has achieved whole world according to Eaton;
• After the Busducts installations, I was tasked to handle the BMS and Telephone,
Data, and wi-fi system installation and handover, and of which were successfully
done on target schedules.

NESCC established in 1993, with an annual turnover of Php 60-80M, and is a license construction company with PCAB Lic. No. 024379 - Category “B” - GB (General Building)/SEE (Specialty Electrical Works) specializations and is engaged in Civil/Architectural, Mechanical/Fabrication & Electrical works (Instrumentation & Process Control Systems, Industrial/Commercial & Residential Electrical Systems). It performs Design & Fabrication of Food Processing equipment, steel windows, grills, conveyors & other metal structures used in the industry. It is also engaged in HVAC works & with specialty in the Electrical Design, Const’n., Installation & Commissioning works which had a total work force of 192 personnel, and growing, & is well in operation presently & nationwide.
• Reporting to the Board of Directors and shareholders;

Jack ‘n Jill Potato and Chippy Plant
URC is a division of the Gokongwei conglomerate with business interests in Telecommunications, Oil Refineries, Foods, Flour milling, Retailing, Real Estate, Textiles, Poultry, etc. It has established manufacturing plants in some Asian countries i.e. - Thailand, Hongkong, etc.
• To prepare the annual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) budget of the plant;
• To prepare in-house estimates, construction plan, shop drawings & tender
documents for bidding of our infrastructure projects - i.e. - constructing of new
buildings, new production lines, etc. I assist the Manufacturing Manager/Owner
in the purchase of new production equipment by specifying and designing the
kind of machines to be purchased, & these must adapt for ease of maintenance
& parts ordering;
• To manage, supervise & control our infrastructure projects (construction of new
buildings & processing lines) by using PERT/CPM techniques in the Construction
business;
• Design & modify process control sequences as needed by the Quality Control to
improve quality of our products;
• Update & execute the preventive maintenance program (Electrical & Mechanical)
of all machines & equipment, including the building structures of the plant;
•Make systems and implementations of the repair & maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) of all Snack Foods machines & equipment of our Potato & Corn chips lines. Design motor automation circuits (wye-delta starters) as applied in the operation. I also design Instrumentation & Process control systems of new processing lines & the plant and building electrical load requirements;
• Designed all our mechanical equipment like - bucket, roller, belt and screw conveyors, frying machines, platforms for Potato and Corn Cookers, Ribbon mixers, overhead tanks, stainless sinks, carts and containers and other mechanical equipment that would interlink Electrical controls as its automation system.
This company is engaged in the Construction of Transmission & Distribution Lines (SCADA integrated), Electrical Installations of Commercial & Industrial buildings. Its clients to name a few are Electricity Corp. (EC), Saudi Consolidated Electricity Company (SCECO), Arabian & American Oil Company (ARAMCO).
•In-charge of the whole operation for our Dawadmi and Wadi Dawasir project site in KSA;
• Prepare billing reports per rate of accomplishments based on the Tariff rates of
SCECO;
• Manpower recruitment;
• To assign Engrs for different sites and purchase equipment and allocation;
• Supervise and monitor different project sites of their operational requirements
and project status;
•To determine these different sites of their manpower, materials, logistical and operational requirements.

Project: Hail A & B Electrification Projects
This company is engaged in the Construction of Transmission & Distribution Lines (SCADA integrated), Electrical Installations of Commercial & Industrial bldgs. & their main offices are located in Riyadh, KSA. Their clients to name a few are Electricity Corp. (EC), Saudi Consolidated Electricity Company (SCECO), Arabian & American Oil Company (ARAMCO). Kadi won the bid for the construction of Hail "A" Electrification Projects.
• Design, preparation, and submission of submittals - i.e. - Shop Drawings,
Material, PQP, construction forms;
• Construction and execution of Transmission lines, 33kV and Distribution lines, 13.2kV;
• Management of scope by manpower scheduling, planning, and supervision;
• Perform coordination works to facilitate scope and responsibility.
Project: G-100 Bed Hospital, Al Sharourah
Al Oraini-Continental Ltd. is a joint venture between Al Oraini of Al Khobar, KSA & Continental & Mech’l Inc. (CMI) of Texas, USA. The G100 Bed Hospital Proj” of the MOH, KSA is located in Sharourah, near the border of Yemen. Our scope is in the Construction & Commissioning the Mechanical & Electrical component of this hospital building. Though it is only a 100 bed hospital, it is expandable in future. The components are - the main hospital bldg., housing units, recreation & canteen bldgs., Power plant & its control systems, Boiler, Incinerator, HVAC, Telephone, Fire Alarm Systems, its Trans’n & Dist’n lines, U/G systems.
• To execute the Elect’l./Mech’l. works and layout of lightings, outlets, motor
wirings, boiler, incinerator, chilled water, steam & gas lines;
• Installation of cable trays, cable pulling of underground cables and terminations;
• Layout of conduits for underground transmission lines, prepare shop drawings
for detailed installations;
• Layout & testing of grounding systems, testing, energization &commissioning of
wires & cables;
•Responsible for correct inst’n. of all elect’l. devices & equipt. with top quality
craftsmanship in the HV/LV Electrical Systems.
Project: Harrizon Plaza
AM Engineering is an Electrical Construction Co. dealing with residential, industrial, commercial, and high-rise buildings projects.
•Project supervision which monitors manpower, construction schedule, material
requisition and control, housekeeping and safety;
•Project monitoring and control by the use of PERT/CPM technique;
• Cost control by quantifying the actual material requirements on site and
substituting approve equal items available in the market;
•Coordinating deliveries with procurement in order keep track with orders for
one handling policy to save overhead costs;
•Administrative works on site by giving disciplinary actions to erring subordinates, manage time and file keeping, write correspondences, attend coordination meetings, etc.;
