Developed training material (e-Learning) using the following tools - Captivate, Raptivity, Storyline and PPT.
Scheduled training sessions, assessments and follow-up sessions with the trainees.

I develop online training material as well as manuals for our clients. I then provide the training to the learners. I organize and co-ordinate the entire training session, arrange the catering and learning aids.
My responsibilities include liasing with SME's and all relevant parties from our clients in the development process, assessing their needs, doing a complete analysis, providing the ideal training solution for them, then assessing the outcome.
I complete all reporting and identify any gaps, provide solutions to fill the gaps to ensure the effective learning occurs and is applied.

My main responsibility included translating all Oracle training manuals into French.
My responsibilities included writing up new policies, assisting existing clients with updates on their policies and registering claims. I had to ensure that the client receives great service and I had to upsell on additional value added products.
Reporting was key, as targets had to be met and goals had to be achieved.
I assisted existing clients on their insurance policies. Any changes or additions to their policies were updated and I would re-issue the policy to the client.
Upselling was also done, where I had to inform clients of the additional products available to them and that they would purchase it.
I assisted clients in writing new policies, adding cover to existing policies and providing an overall pleasant service experience.
I also liased with dealers and customers to arrange cover for clients purchasing new vehicles, ensuring that clients are covered correctly.
