Managing and supervising Project Management Consultant (PMC) & EPC Contractor in developing and executing project plans and achieving project milestones, covering all relevant project aspects like stakeholder’s management, feasibility study, project scope, bidder’s evaluation, value engineering, cash-flow, inspection, schedule progress, factory acceptance tests, design engineering completion, installation, testing and commissioning, close-out documentation and project handover.

• Key person for measuring and delivering Marafiq Project Department outcomes successfully, implementing processes and metrics (KPIs) to ensure department goals with respect to cost, schedule, quality, risk and safety, cyber security, training and project function requirement.
• Reporting all projects progress in department by project managers and engineers to vice president in daily basics.
• SAFETY CHAMPION of the department responsible for implementing all safety requirements of Marafiq and manage Safety Department KPIs and conducting safety walkdown with Marafiq Executive Management Team (EMT).
• Monitor and Control project performance using project management tools and techniques with optimization of archiving system of project documentation and records.
• Generated an array of technical and management reports, maintaining accurate record and documents for projects handled and interpreted all project information in addition to attending FAT and SAT tests.
• Delivered the eventual responsibility for all aspects of projects across all phases and prepared invoices of completed work periodically for contractors through SAP system.
• Responsible for the long-term and day-to-day strategy of work activities within construction, QA/QC and the processing of billings claims and variation orders of contractors.
• Manage Communication and Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including third parties, vendors, Royal Commission, contractors, governmental sectors and Marafiq internal departments.
