• Handle and develop all the HR documentations according the international standards of the ISO 9001 certificate

• Identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
• Monitor and improve employee’s satisfaction and morale through implementation and development of yearly motivation plan based on the available budget

• Establishment of all kinds of companies and managing all the occurring adjustment through the Governmental General Authority, GAFI (General Authority For Investment), Commercial Registration, Tax Authority, Banks, insurance treatments .. Etc.
• Monitor personnel activities and resolve legal problems related labor office, social insurance office
• Control the records concerning personnel data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
• Supervises all relevant admin operation, Such as dealing with all governmental affairs, following up on the monthly expenses, giving proper analyses compared with the planned expenses and coordinating between all departments for any admin operations related issues
• Manage & lead the Admin team to carry out all administration functions
• Arrange and manage all the event that takes place in the company
• Implement and maintain office managing and administration policies and procedures
• Responsible for all kinds of business travel arrangements (visa issuance, needed vaccines, hotels and flights bookings, travel expenses and pocket money)
• Follow up on the monthly expenses and gives the proper analyses compared with the planned expenses, coordinate between all departments for any admin operations related issues
• Record and track all the company’s fixed assets, frequent maintenance
• Responsible for office supplies and maintenance, day to day administrational work and employee related administrational work
• Assist in the preparation of payroll
• Monitor timecards for the staff
• Assist in all secretarial duties as required
• Maintain Human Resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job titles, merit increases; tracking leaves
• Manage the monthly office expenses through a given monthly petty cash
• File and record all the documents relates department’s teams
• Maintain an inventory of all necessary forms, stationery and related office supplies for the Finance and HR offices
• Manage all HR information on the system
• Prepare job advertisements to be posted in our recruitment channels
