Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Manage travel and schedule.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up
- Greet and receive visitor.
- Prepare agenda for meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles
and maintains travel vouchers and records.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Sign for DHL/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
Greets all visitors and patients
- providing general information and directing them to the proper office or
person
- Handles phone inquiries regarding patients and services
- Sorts, processes and distributes all incoming and out-going mail, including
sending faxes as appropriate
- Ability to access current patient information including room and visiting
status
- Coordinates the delivery of flowers and patient’s mail.
- Maintains appropriate records, reports, and files as required.
