• Handling Customers’ Problems, and Inquiries
• Monitor work flow to maintain high service level
• Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
• Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
• Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
• Develop and grow working/business relationships with all major chain customers.
• Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.
• Ensure assets (trucks, equipment, etc.) are maintained in safe operating conditions according to company guidelines.
•Recruitment and Hiring:
•Design job ads. (Writing job description and Job specifications) published in recruitment agencies, newspaper or company’s website.
•Create and develop IQ tests and English tests for candidates.
•Scanning and filtering CVs.
•Interview candidates: behavioral interview and competency based interview.
•Arrange, and hold Seminars and presentations in many Training centers.
•Share in Employment fairs.
•Development:
•Attend Development meetings, discussing problems and suggest solutions.
•Create job analysis questionnaire and surveys.
•Make a performance appraisal System, 360 degree Appraisal.
•Develop HR Plan, and HR Manual/HR Handbook.
•Develop monthly/yearly Turnover reports.
•Create Job evaluation and develop salary structure.
•Develop Rewarding System.
•Personnel:
•Responsible for employees’ hiring documents and insurance documents.
•Responsible for employees’ Leave days.
•Responsible for employees’ Payroll.
(Calculate statistics monthly for employees’ overtime, bonuses, deductions, and penalties).
•Responsible for Salaries raises Reports.
•Retention:
•Arranging birthday parties.
•Arrange celebrations, lunch, dish parties, family days.
•Farewell for deceased person.
•Follow up with the team.
•Provide status reports to Project Manager.
•Provide project support by scheduling status meetings, preparing agendas.
•Arrange kick-off meetings for tasks distribution on team members.
•Coordinate project tasks with Project Manager on MS project.
•Facilitate effective information flow to the Project Manager.
•Collect data for composing reports.
•Track the progress of all new and current projects.
• Sending and receiving business emails.
• Writing Technical Proposals and financial Offers.
• Replying Customers’ inquiries.
