As HRBP my mission is to empower employees and build capabilities and my responsibility will include: ( Insure effective Implementation of performance Management and Talent Management Practices, Communicating HR initiatives, HR policies and procedures, providing HR guidance, Participating in HR/OD projects and initiatives design and implementation, Diagnostic, Consultative and organization development work )
Leading the development and implementation of Performance Management system and process, Talent Management framework and processes, Succession Planning process, career development discussions, trainings and development framework and processes
Regional HR Business Partner where I Develop an effective relationships in the Western Region and work closely with managers.
Act as first point of HR contact for staff in the region to ensure issues and queries get dealt with quickly. This includes both answering queries on HR polices and channeling requests through the HR Help Desk, as appropriate.
Implement Nawah people management processes within the Region to support the effective management of people in line with Nawah’s business goals.
• Check and follow up with the recruitment team to fill all the vacancies as per the recruitment plan.
• Check and follow up with the training departments to insure that all the courses are given as per the training plan.
• Follow up with all mall managers and insure that all the ladies issues have been logged into Help Desk system.
• Follow up with all Area Managers about ladies performance.
• Visit all the stores monthly to check about ladies status,
• Insure that all salary slip has been distributed to all the employees.
• Conducts investigations and makes recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions.
• Coordinate with HR Coordinators in term of ensures staff welfare administration - Problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Directs and monitors the processing and entry of employee source data and documentation into the human resources information system and the manual personnel files; develops and implements policies and systems to ensure the highest standard of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in personnel records management.
• Assist on the interview and selection process and documentation, and provide guidance to the new joiner.
• Company representative with external recruitments sources (Alandlus institute, Taqat, Bab Rizq Jmeel, Effat College).
• Conducts investigations and makes recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions.
