Register all samples received by ACES technician in site laboratory.
Making all required reports need in the site.
Submit all test reports to ACES Main office for final approval.
Deliver final reports to the site and making note for final submission to client.
Preparing all required in the site laboratory.
Preparing daily log.
Follow up daily testing program on daily basis.
Coordinate with QC section at main office for any clarification need it.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Set up and maintain filling system.

Process medical check-up and finger print appointments - preparing required documents and process the appointments with the assistance of the PRO and coordinate with the employees for the scheduled of appointments.
Compiling documentation required for visa applications (passport copies, passport photographs, attested certificates, application forms, and other related documents.
Updating and uploading all personnel files (hard copy and e-file) with the latest copies of visas, passports, photographs, licenses and etc.
Maintaining and updating the visa and manpower database ensuring that all information is record accurately and in a timely manner.
Passport renewals - monitoring passport renewals and advice employees 3 months before the expiration.
Contract preparation - preparing new contracts for new hires and transferees required for visa process.
Annual leave/Emergency and Exit application - process the application request timely / providing the details, leave and air ticket eligibility and keeping tracks and records.
Petty cash management/ Leave salary / Final Settlement.
Process ticket booking for new joiner, annual leave, emergency and exit - process booking timely to avoid getting ticket out of the budget.
Maintaining confidentially and security of company and employee documents at all times.
Assist managers and other clerk with various office duties.
Attention to details and record keeping is an essential requirement of the office assistant job.
Must be an initiator in taking responsibilities.
Excellent in written and oral communication skills to deal with people of diverse backgrounds.
Skilled in computer related functions of MS Word, Excel and other software.
Must be familiar with the internet browsing, group messaging and e-mail programs.
