¨ Greet customers entering establishments.
¨ Provides information to customer on the range of products available.
¨ Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
¨ Prepares window - merchandising display.
¨ Responsible for checking barcodes and tag prices.
¨ Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins
¨ Monitoring stock on shelves, filling to the required standard and assisting with stock counts.
¨ Ensuring that all products and displays are maintained to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
¨ Ensure dynamic contribution to company's sales growth.
¨ Assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed.
¨ Prepares weekly & monthly sales & inventory report for all handled products.
¨ All other appropriate duties as and when required by the Shop Supervisors.
-Monitoring pending Orders what and when to receive.
-Receiving and checking deliveries by purchase order.
-Handling discrepancies, damaged items upon delivery.
-Preparing all necessary documents and physical merchandise for company annual physical counting.
PRODUCT RESEARCH : To research a winning product by meeting the criteria of the client by checking the reviews, getting the keyword using tools like Helium 10, MBS retriever.
