* Liaison with the appointed FF&E or Fit-out contractor to ensure the project is coordinated between the FF&E information and the Contractors information, and that all client and operator requirements are implemented.
* Monitor implementation/compliance of all project parties to specifications, plans, procedures and standards relating to FF&E works.
* Coordinate FF&E mock-up selection, delivery and installation on site.
* Be in liaison with appointed sub-consultants such as lighting, graphics, landscaping to ensure the overall design deliveries are carried through
* Coordinate all Power and Data requirement associated with FF&E prior to site installation
* Review FF&E installation on site and provide inputs on inspection reports.
* Track and monitor inspection and test requests for quantifying works executed for package units or kitchen equipment.
* Perform quality control checks on contractor’s works or /and snagging on FF&E.
* Review completeness and quality of O&M Manuals & As built drawings before submission to client’s facility management team and provide comments and approval.
