* Develop & Implementation of BCM Policy and scope to support the BCM Governance
* Assigning the Role & Responsibilities to manage the BCM program and process throughout the organization
* Develop and Implementation of effective business continuity through BIA. Assess both financial and non-
financial impacts of a key process and applications on the business units by initiating and maintaining a
Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
1. Identification of Key Process.
2. Coordination with business and IT for specific business process recovery.
3. Ensure its RTO & RPO is according to business requirement.
* Facilitate the Development and Rehearsing of Incident Management and Emergency Response Plans
* Develop and maintain a Crisis Management & Crisis Communication framework, to include mass notification
system, Crisis Management Teams, and Emergency Operational Centers.
* Ensure that IT DR Plans are in place, exercised and updated regularly for the recovery of infrastructure and
applications that support business operations/functionalities

business resumption procedures in different functional areas to ensure the recovery procedures are effective

* At the time of exit of RBS from Pakistan, I initiated and managed the migration of passwords from regional
system Cyber Ark and migrate to PEP (Password Envelope Procedure) to ensure the availability when required
in a secure manner with full integrity. RBS - 2010.
* Management and international coordination to implementation internal customer request system SLA (Service
Line Asia) at the time of merger between ABN AMRO & RBS, a system to manage support efficiently. I
managed its overall implementation and conducted user training.
