Extracting the Project design data from the Project documents and exhausting the same during the bid preparation.
Preparing the Techno-Commercial bid accented with client’s requirements and specification.
Designing the overall architecture as well as Detailed Engineering for the Turnkey Solar Power Systems.
Responsible for Reading, understanding and developing electrical schematics & interconnection diagrams, panel and enclosure layouts, creating structured bill of material for assigned projects.
Structuring the Project Plan and finalizing the budget for the complete project cycle.
Monitoring the Project documents approval cycle for synchronizing the Manufacturing.
Monitoring and raising RFI for all the relevant Inspection which calls for client's Witness.
Finalizing responsibility matrix & closely co-coordinating with EPC/Consultant/End Client for the interface of project.
Preparing and following the approved project drawings for a smooth handover of the Systems.
Installation Supervision for the systems of Zone-1, Zone-2 and safe zone of Onshore/Offshore Projects.
Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning & Startup of the Stand-Alone Systems in Green fields & Brown fields.
Reviewing the FAT/SAT reports and attending the punch points for client’s acceptance.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of all the Off-grid Solar systems in Green field and Brown fields.
Training and conducting workshops for the End Client/EPC/Consultants for easy understanding of the
Operation/Maintenance of the Systems.
Formulating policies for the development of new vendors for imbibing the latest cost effective solutions.
Inspecting the daily progress reports for the site activities.
Intimating Finance, Contracts & the Planning Department for capturing the physical progress of the project.
Proposing solutions and making the projects self-financed by closely structuring the payout plans of the project with the pay cycle of the End client.
Preparing Weekly/Monthly Project reports for client and senior management review.
Synchronizing with current knowledge on product availability and knowledge of alternative source for imbibing in all the current/future Projects.
Checking Sub vendor’s invoices for milestones for the pay outs.
Negotiating with End Client/Sub Vendors for credit terms/LC/Milestones for assuring the self-sustained project execution.
Arranging the shipments, logistics, certifications, and approvals from local bodies for an easy handover of the system to the end client.
Refining existing products. Development and design of new products according to the design inputs. Finalizing design, making Schematics and PCBs of new products using CAD software (OrCAD, Altium). Simulation of conceptual design and testing hardware prototype after simulation. Firmware development using C-Language . Modifying hardware and removing bugs from software according to the data and observation taken during in-house or field testing. Documentation of designed products. Transferring products from R&D to production after successful field testing. Presenting and demonstration of designed products to clients.
